I haven't really contributed anything, but mostly because I'm failing pretty intensely at this no-buy... so I decided instead of a no buy, I'm going to do a Project 10 Pan! I think it would be easier because it's not like I'm completely restricting myself from buying, I just have to use up some stuff first.
For anyone who doesn't know what Project 10 Pan is...
Project 10 Pan (originally from some YouTuber Lollipop?)
1. Use up/hit pan on any 10 products. (You can choose to include haircare/skincare/whatever as long as you're using things up!)
2. Once you hit pan on 10 things, you can purchase new items. The amount is up to you.
That's it! It's pretty simple in concept, actually.
Is anyone else interested in participating? We could check in once a month with our progress (ie. how many things we hit pan on, pictures of pan, etc).

Hehe I am definitely not on a no buy. I'm on a low buy. I did hear abt this project 10 pan but I doubt I can do it. Frankly, the only thing I use up is skincare! (including oil cleansers).

I am on the low buy too, but I did make my own version.

I need to fully finish at least 3 foundations. (or may be 2, like one take me half year!).
I need to finish fully at least one consealer before I buy more consealers, and at least one corrector.
but I would buy a LE chantecaille palettes, and little things now and again. Low buy, not no buy!
So girls, I have done great and havent' done any hauls at all since the union was formed! proud of myself!
Here is new - I am not buying any new shadows, until I use at least once unused colour I own!
This sounds like a really good idea. Would make me use more just to reach the 10 items. LOL
ReplyDeleteI only wear MU 3 or 4x a wk and I guess I could try and use up all my pigment samples but then I would be sad that they were gone.
SO I cant do it LOL. (But I am certainly NOT buying fndt til I have used some up. I have finished ONE bottle this yr.)
so, before I buy any eye shadows (with exception of chantecaille fall palette when it comes) I need to use every single colour I have at least once! 4 used today - about 98 more to go :)
