And this is my FOTD for today!! Now I am forcing myself to figure out how to do a 'winged liner'. I am assuming I will NEVER learn if I never try right. So last 3 days I have flicked my liner and tried to make sure it look right and even. Today was a failure on the even part. :(

ReplyDeleteWell, lets put it this way. I was getting a little PLUMP. Dr told me 3x to lose weight because my cholesterol is high (not ski rocket dangerous but bad).
I had clearly gotten over 150lbs at 5ft 4in and ummm thats not pretty on me.
So I have been trying to stop HOGGING. Instead I have decided I should only EAT. Just by not eating cookies and ice cream, reducing my koolaid/soda intake, and portion control I am able to easily shed 5lbs.
It will take me about 6mo to get to something I am more comfortable with (135lb range). I was there last May 08 but then just slacked off.
Unfortunately, on my way to 40y/o plus having 3 kids makes weight control more WORK than I like. *sigh* (w/o any effort my body stays about 153+/-lbs now)
but thanks for noticing. My pants are happier too.
